You have an MX record pointing you your machine, but you do not have that
domain in the sendmail.cw file. That is the cause of the loopback error.
The conf file is for relaying, but this is the case where the message to be
delivered is your server, but your server does not recognize itself as being
the mail server for your domain. Just add ardisinteractive.com to your
sendmail.cw file and restart sendmail.

Howdy,
I'm still playing with Virtual Hosts and send mail. I've gotten as far as
getting bounced mail saying "relaying denied..." last time I fixed this, as
best I can remember, by adding the domain name to /etc/mail/relay-domains.
but this time, instead of helping, I'm now getting this error:
