When you choose a filterfor your bjc250, you should see near the bottom of
the menu a check button to fix stair stepping.  It's a normal thing to need
to set via printtool.  Just go in and edit you current set up via printtool
and re-select the same filter with that option chosen.  Should make
everything work fine.  Good luck.
