Glenn:
Check /proc/interrupts for the IRQ assignment. Also does this card by chance
have jumpers to set the IRQ? Or a utility maybe via the manufacturers
website to allow IRQ assignment? I know some ISA NIC's will allow IRQ
adjustments. Hopefully this one will.
