Failed Dependencies - Second Attempt

Hi All, my second attempt to get some help with this one...

I'm trying to install a package (rpm format)...

the messages are as follows:

# rpm -ivh sqlwork-3.1-1.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        libclntsh.so.1.0 is needed by sqlwork-3.1-1

My question: What packages do I need to install to satisfy this
dependency?
