Red Hat Network problem

I just installed RH 7.0.

I ran the configuration program for RH network and it looks as if my machine has
been sent to RH yet I get a dialog box which says:
    Problem Registering Username.

Which means I still can't use RHN.  :-((

I also noticed that the process seems to take a long time.

Any ideas?
Or should I just phone RH?
