Trouble is that any given web page or download will only use one modem, so
pretty much all of the time, only one modem will be in use.  This makes
the dual modem thing pretty useless.

Also, nearly all of the web sites you want to view will be between
192.0.0.0 and 223.255.255.255.  Lower network numbers are used by Class A
and Class B networks, higher numbers are for D and E.  Your first
modem would almost always be idle.
