rcp or rsh problems

I am having a problem running rsh to two Red Hat 6.2 machines.  I can rsh
from a sun box to either of the Linux machines with no problems but I can't
rsh to each other.

I have setup a .rhosts file on both machines too.

I am stumped!!

Anyone have any suggestions?
