Anyone been experiencing missing log files on Apache/1.3.9, PHP/3.0.12, mod_ssl/2.4.8 & OpenSSL/0.9.3a ? It seems that logs go missing for my virtual hosting server of about 90+ domains while everything goes well, suexec logs is there, main apache logging is there, only virtual hosting logs seems to go on and off, while the files are being "touched" the apache server, somehow nothing goes into those log files.
