For file sharing services you can use samba (http://us1.samba.org/samba/docs/).
There most likely will be no need to do domain services since your network is
small.   If you must have it, samba can take care of it but unfortunately the
stable version (2.0.7) does not support domain authentication for Win2k
systems.  However, win2k systems can still access the shares on the file
server.    DHCP is also very simple to setup on a Linux box
(http://www.europe.redhat.com/documentation/mini-HOWTO/DHCP/)
