php 4 rpms for rh6.2 box?

Out of the 71 php rpms listed on rpmfind.net not one looks to be version
4.X for redhat 6.2.  Will the src.rmps for redhat 7 build on a 6.x box
?  I am about to start the download now but thought I would ask the
gurus too.  Maybe I can save half a day atleast if someone has been
there before.
