Nope, regular users ie
admin:x:0:0:Administrator:/opt/usr/admin:/bin/bash
and
leonard:x:517:517::/home/leonard:/bin/bash
And both admin and root are *not* mentioned in /etc/ftpaccess. leonard is
neither.
