You have to install the up2date packages:
rhn_register-1.0.2-0.6.x.noarch.rpm
up2date-2.1.7-0.6.x.i386.rpm
up2date-gnome-2.1.7-0.6.x.i386.rpm
rhn_register-gnome-1.0.2-0.6.x.noarch.rpm
(and in my situation I had to install as well these:)
python-1.5.2-27.6.x.i386.rpm
python-xmlrpc-1.2.1-0.6.x.i386.rpm
rpm-python-3.0.5-9.6x.i386.rpm
Have a look at <http://www.redhat.com/network/> There must be instructions
for setting this up under RH 7 and RH 6.2, I guess.
