I use the RealPort 10/100/56K card in my Dell laptop running RH6.2.
I vaguely remember having to fool around with some configs to get it
working. I'm not sure if I remember everything, but I think this was
the important one.
In /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia:
PCMCIA=yes
PCIC=i82365
PCIC_OPTS=
CORE_OPTS=
PCMCIARESTART=yes
See if that works for you.
