One way is to set up a route to the specific host using the eth1. (man
route). You may be able to do the same thing using the -I option of
ping, but I have not tried this. I hope this setup is just for testing.
Otherwise you are going to get some interesting results having both NICs
on the same subnet, unless one is just a route to a singe host, or a
Point to Point connection.
