log files getting bigger and bigger

Hello,
How do you do to keep the size of the log files to a "normal" size ?
Do you run a script, ??
The /var/log/daemon.log file is about 21megas, /var/log/kern.log : 3
megas, /var/log/messages : 35 megas, /var/log/syslog : 35 megas, 
/var/log/wtmp: 5 megas.
