Cron job in Redhat 7.0

Hello every one,

Using Redhat 7.0
How can I create  a cron job that runs every minute
to change the permissions of some files?

I know about /etc/cron.hourly files, but I need to run 
a cron job that runs every minute.

Any help is welcome,
