As the current maintainer of the above, maybe someone can clarify what
is different about RH7+RH->XF4.x in this regard. AFAICT, the font
configuration is the same, assuming a default installation. xfs is
still being used. But I had to revert to 3.3.6, so don't have ready
access to a 4.x installation to play with.

I am aware that a stock XF4.x uses the freetype module for this and
xfs would be superfluous, but it looks like RH is rolling their own
again. So the question is really RH XF4 vs stock XF4.
