I am trying to alias the ls command to a personal setting, but it is
being overwritten by the standard redhat functions. I believe this is
because the global definitions are being defined after mine.
The default .bashrc file lists user aliases before the global
definitions. Is there any reason I can not put my alias definitions
after the global definitions?
Thanks,
Chad
