You need "IP Masqurading" (there is a HOW-TO).
In kernel 2.2.x this is done with "/sbin/ipchains".
In kernel 2.4.x it is done with "/sbin/iptables" (again, there is a
HOW-TO). In 2.4.x, IP masqurading has been expanded and now it can do
proper Network Address Translation (NAT).
