I'm assuming you're using named as a local caching name server?  Anyway - it
means that named was trying to resolve a address from a name but when they
asked the name server that was listed as authorative that server said it
wasn't claimed ignorance.  Basically it's someone's domain misconfiguration,
nothing really to worry about.  As long as at least one of the servers
listed as authorative is able to return an answer you can still get to where
you want to be.
