To clarify
The machine with w2k is the same one you want to install RH on
Have you partitioned the hard drive
Is there any CD burning software on the w2k partition as you will need
to make a couple of iso's from the hard drive

To install you will need to have a apartition that you are not going to
reformat with the iso's on
