first off...are there any good linux development mailing lists? if not...
i think there is some api to programmatically access/modify config files in linux. i've read about this somewhere, but i forgot what header file to include and/or what library to link to. what is it? i'm pretty bad at explaining what i'm talking about so i'll give an example. in KDE, there are lots of config files, for example kmail. there is a kmailrc config file in the format of...
