The fix is simple, but it's annoying that we still have to do it. Get the Sun JRE for Linux. Unpack it in /usr/local, then do: # ln -s /usr/local/jre1.3.1/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so \ /usr/share/mozilla/plugins Then Mozilla is happy as a clam. I recommend you update to Mozilla 0.9.5, which you'll have to do with a tarball because Galeon depends on _exactly_ Mozilla 0.9.2. If you do that, just link that library to the plugin dir wherever you installed the new version of Mozilla. - -d - -- David Talkington http://www.spotnet.org PGP key: http://www.prairienet.org/~dtalk/0xCA4C11AD.pgp -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5.8 Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.75-6 iQA/AwUBO/VOXr9BpdPKTBGtEQII8ACcCGHG+maskSWgFrT3zfWSPRFGCKEAmgOM HxySA+Qsn4FhQJ+cVkmguPdp =XggB -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
