I have a Redhat 7.0 box that I use for pop3. I'd like to force pop3s from the outside. From what I've read in the archives I need to install OpenSSL and IMAP? Is this correct? Anything else?
Are these versions ok or should I get specific updated ones? imap-4.7c2-12 and openssl-0.9.5a-14 I currently don't have either installed. Do I first install OpenSSL and then IMAP? Should I then be able to use pop3s? Seems like I would have to do more. Can anyone give me some step by step instructions or point me to a howto? I was not able to find a howto by searching with google.com or on redhat.com for doing this. Anything I should be careful of or aware of before trying to do this?
