Hi,

I just upgraded a machine to Red Hat 7.2. After upgrading, this machine
won't export its NFS partitions to the other machines in our NIS
network. When I try '/usr/sbin/exportfs' on this new 7.2 machine, I get
these errors:

exportfs: No host name given with /home/public
(rw,async,wdelay,hide,secure,root_squash,no_all_squash,subtree_check,secure_locks,mapping=identity,anonuid=-2,anongid=-2),

/home/public <world>
/home/users <world>
/ash2 <world>
/ash <world>

I'm trying to export these four partitions in /etc/exports:

/ash (rw)

/ash2 (rw)

#/usr/msi (rw)

#/usr/local/hklint (rw)

#/usr/local/bin (rw)

/home/users
(rw,async,wdelay,hide,secure,root_squash,no_all_squash,subtree_check,secure_locks,mapping=identity,anonuid=-
2,anongid=-2)

/home/public (rw)

#/usr/local/ccp4-4.1.1 (rw)

#/usr/local/ccp4_40 (rw)

#/usr/local/arp_warp (rw)

I've tried restarting portmap, nfs, xinetd on the new 7.2 machine, but
nothing works so far. The /home/users partition contains everyone's
home directory, so this problem is annoying. Any suggestions? Thanks,

Hidong
