I,m running Redhat 7.1 on my Dell inspiron 3800 laptop and have installed Ximian Gnome. A few days ago, I was uninstalling some packages using GnomeRPM, and the application crashed. After that, it seems like my rpm database is in some way corrupted, and I'm not able to use rpm tools for maintaining my system in aproper way or the Ximian RedCarpet service When using (as root): rpm --rebuilddb i get:segmentation fault (core dumped) any suggestions???
