I think smb is not a trusted protocol like ssh, https, imaps, pops. As well client & server using smb are normaly most employed inside coorporative networks , not out your router, that;s why smb is filtered ! nevertheless you can rewrite rules that involved port referent smb, (port :137-139) !!!
