Hi   I have a working samba directory.  I have created 2 new users on my Linux server and want them to access some files via samba on the server. how do I add these users to the smbpasswd file in my samba directory , without modifying the previous entries.?   If I use the command cat /etc/passwd | mksmbpasswd.sh > /etc/samba/smbpasswd , my previous smbpasswd file gets overwritten and I have to create the smbpasswd for all the users again.   Cheers madhvi
