I am having a problem with applications such as xmms and gtv. As user, I get the error message:
Gtk-WARNING **: GModule initialization check failed: Gtk+ version too old (micro mismatch) This would lead to think about a problem with Gtk, BUT, as root, the same programs give no warning. Besides the warnings, the programs seem to work fine both in regular user and root mode.
