The first comment to be made is that you can never tell where the user is coming from on AOL. AOL uses NAT'd gateways in a few locations, so you can trace back to the gateway but that tells you almost nothing about where the user is located.
That said, a visualroute trace shows this gateway is in Reston, VA. That is not surprising, since that is where AOL is located. The way you ask the question makes it seem that you suspect you know who is trying to access your site. If so, have you tried to contact the person? My own way of handling this is to contact the service provider giving them the times, gateways, and destinations. They can identify the user and tell them to knock it off or have their account cancelled. Some providers are better than others, but it is the first step.
