Kevin: 

I need to know how you assign IP addresses to your remote machines. I do
this on at
a local school with 2 dial in lines with options.ttySx (x being the
number of the modem).
In that file I would place first the IP address of the host machine then
a colon and the
IP address I want to assign to the machine dialing in. So this file for
me would look
like this:

192.168.2.1:192.168.2.101

Your server is reporting a local IP address of 127.0.0.1 which is a
local host IP address
and not what we what. Are you using the options.ttySx method or are you
using DHCP to 
assign addressing? In other words how when that machine connects does it
get its IP 
address and know what the remote machines IP address as that will be
forwarding packets
to it? Your pap-secrets is fine so not a user/password problem.
