You have to fix this as the default is broken. Go into the options and fix the paths to the audio files. Dig around in /usr/local/share/licq/sounds/icq/ and use those files. Then hit ok and then go and save the options (there's an option to save them). If you can't find anything in /usr/local/share/licq/, then try /usr/share/licq.
