I have the source code in /usr/src/linux-2.4.7-10 dir. I do make xconfig and do all the checkouts to a minimum. make dep make clean make bzImage make modules make install make modules_install cp ./arch/i386/boot/bzImage /boot/vmlinuz-2.4.7-10 lilo reboot
and it didnt work.
