For our business, we have an email account that replies come to. As we have more than one person answering the emails, and to provide tracking, we want to keep the email and the replies on the server. We are trying to use IMAP for this, but it seems that in outlook at least, sent mail stays on the workstation. Is there a way around this? Has anyone a better solution?
