That's what I had thought - that it should - and I thought it did do a 
reload for other services (bind, etc) - but I checked, and in fact, it 
doesn't appear that it did in this case, meaning the above cause was 
probably correct as to what the cause was.

Anyone know if it up2date normally does a reload, and if so, for what?
