Dear Redhat guru,
I have encountered some problem with mysql-3.23.49-3.i386.rpm on a
Redhat 7.3 installation.
My perl and c api program will core dump at
DBI->connect($dsn) for perl and
mysql_real_connect (conn, host_name, user_name, password,
db_name, port_num, socket_name, flags) == NULL)
for c.
After I installed MySQL-3.23.51-1.i386.rpm from www.mysql.org,
my perl program works but I still have problem with my c program.
As far as I can recall, both of these program worked previously.
Did anybody encounter similar problem and what was your solution
to this problem?
