Fwd: Grub RedHat 7.3 and Windows XP

Hi,
I am fairly new and I am having a problem with Grub.  Recently, I have loaded RedHat 
7.3 and have been trying to get Grub to reconize the Windows XP partition.  I keep 
getting the window that allows you to dual boot but only Redhat 7.3 show up. I've read 
several sources of information but none seem to address this issue. Can someone 
suggest soemthing.
