Hi all, I have set up a new dual boot system for my son with RH7.3 and W2k. W2K has the 1st 15 MB of a 30 MB drive hd0 [hda] with 20 MB of a 2nd HD for win data and the remaining 40 MB for linux.
Grub was installed on hda6 which is the "/" directory on the extended "partition" and "system commander" can see the partition but will not show it for to use it as a "bootable" partition. My question is whether there is still the HD location limit on installation of the linux boot loader that was formerly the case.
