Howto Add a network card ?

I have a redhat 7.0 box on ICL team server machine.

I need already have a network card inside the server,

but is not auto dectected by redhat os.

now, how do i configure the network interface from

scratch?

p/s : my server is too big, i cant open the server casing

cause it will take me 1 whole day to open it.so please

help me to configure from console.

p/s: i try on kudzu but still not work. my network card is

working fine before i install redhat.

please help.
