Most RH iso's are available on the ftp server, so unless this is a special
image, you don't need to use RHN servers.
For RPMs, just use up2date instead, if you're using RHN. If you just want
to download the RPM's without installing, you can pass the -d flag.
Better yet, if you're paying for RHN support, why not ask Red Hat why it
isn't working?
