Ok, assuming that you added the correct paths in the config file, make sure that you 
have full control (rw) on the mount, and the "C" drive for wine. 

Check that, and Im sure that you will be able to run it. 

You can check who owns the mount by doing an ls -l. Make sure that YOU have at least 
RWX access eather as an owner or group, or, if no one else is accessing the computer 
(Like me for home), everyone can have access. I do that so my kids can play games and 
such using wine.
