There's nothing that provides a precise analog of screen.
- VNC (I prefer the tightvnc client) allows you to attach to, detach
from, and relocate, an X11 session. You can't move apps between
sessions.

- xmove -- "A Pseudoserver for moving programs between displays."
Haven't used this, but it allows clients to be relocated, if they're
run on the pseudoserver initially.
