very simple.
1. Norton Ghost.
2. pcopy (find it on www.freshmeat.net) it copies whole partitions.
3. dd (disk duplicate) - for raw images.
like dd if=/dev/hda of=/dev/hdb
but be aware with the third method. You can fall into a big mess :)
