Galeon doesn't yet have (as of a couple days ago) a Mozilla-1.1-compatible version available yet. I have no clue what mozilla-xmlterm is, I don't see it on my RH72 system. But then I see the name 'ximian' on those, so I guess you've hacked your system with Ximian RPMs, so all bets are off.
