In mail clients that allow customized headers, you can add:

Disposition-Notification-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Otherwise, use the reciept feature in your mail client. You should be
aware that this process depends on the recipient's mail server and mail
client. Not all of them support this, or have it enabled.
