I'm using redhat 7.3 (kernel 2.4.18-3 on an i686). I launch a pg_dump command on my postgres database version 7.2.1 every 1 hour. The system has been freezing every 3 hours approximatly, at the same time of the launching of pg_dump.
When i stopped launching the pg_dump every 1 hour the system stopped freezing .
Any idea ???????!!!!!!!!!!
