Not sure if this will help your issue, but I'm using spamassassin and procmail here on an 8.0 system with no difficulty. The steps are a little fuzzy, since I did this at about 3:30 AM today, but as I recall: chkconfig spamassassin on service spamassassin start $ cat .procmailrc SHELL=/bin/sh LINEBUF=16384 DROPPRIVS=yes LOGFILE=$HOME/procmail.log ABYSS=/dev/null VERBOSE=off FORMAIL=/usr/bin/formail SENDMAIL=/usr/sbin/sendmail :0fw | /usr/bin/spamc :0: * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes $ABYSS $ cat .fetchmailrc set syslog set postmaster "mfratoni" set bouncemail set no spambounce set properties "" set daemon 600 poll tuxfan.homeip.net with proto POP3 [snip login and password details] Sendmail is using the default installed configuration. - -- - -Michael pgp key: http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/gpgkey.txt Red Hat Linux 7.{2,3} in 8M of RAM: http://www.rule-project.org/ - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9n7Ryn/07WoAb/SsRAme3AJ9DrUeVN4VlfnIW7eVzxH6Su0LG7wCeJpgk zHKJ8ShLEwXFRIOJBR+prRE= =SVOt -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
