A kernel rebuild-related question
I'm about to build a 2.4.19 kernel on my 2.4.7-10 box. Originally, I tried to
just install a pre-built rpm, but it wanted a newer dev rpm. Am I going to
need to do something 'bout /dev, or can I simply build my kernel as is?

PS: I put a subject in the email, as well, since the digest is really bad on
not showing it properly.
