I installed 8.0 (over 7.3) and now I have an rpm problem. After boot up I am able to run 'rpm -qa'; however, after a few 'rpm -i' or 'rpm -qa's rpm no longer responds. The processes no longer end and they consume very little resources. The only fix I found is to reboot; however, the problem starts all over again.
