It has been a while but seems like I did a pcmcia install once using the
bootnet.img and it just worked.  Out of curiosity, What OS is on the
machine now and how are you going to get this image to boot?

I have copied the vmlinux and initrd to a harddrive and told lilo to
boot it but have never done it from an os other than linux.
